private health organizations and consulting firms. Ms. Karsten,
who holds degrees from Northwestern University and George
Washington University, specializes in directing projects that
provide policymakers and practitioners with practical, how-to
approaches to management problems and quick-response technology
solutions. Ms. Karsten has been listed in Who’s Who in Business
and has served for several years on the Planning Committee for
the national eHealth Summit of the eHealth Institute.
