author, and successful proposal writer with over 25
years experience. His undergraduate studies were at
Butler University, and graduate work was at Indiana
University. Mr. Kendrick previously was president and
COO of a Federal contracting company, where he oversaw
major projects for software development, network
engineering, system integration, electronic information
systems, and instructional technology. His consulting
has also encompassed organizational development,
planning, and proposal competition support for colleges,
universities, educational associations, and nonprofits.
