Presents an interactive workshop:

Building Leadership Capacity

in Your Organization

Saturday, November 16th, 2002

from 8:30am to 1:00pm

Leadership is one of the most talked-about topics in the business media, and perhaps one of the least-understood.  The quality of leadership is a critical aspect of an organization’s intangible assets, and investment in leadership development may be one of the best ways to pump up the performance of your company.  Millions of dollars are spent every year on leadership training and development. How can you make a well-informed decision about investing in your own and your organization’s leadership development?

This intensive half-day workshop will give you insight into why leadership matters, where leadership fits in the organizational system, what makes a great leader, and how you can build the capacity for leadership in your organization.  Topics covered will include leading-edge leadership models, the latest thinking on leadership proficiencies and how to develop them in yourself and others, and leadership issues faced by women and minorities.

This workshop is designed for:

·         Leaders in the private, public, and non-profit sectors
