IMC USA Common Body of Knowledge
The
Common Body of Knowledge summarizes the consulting
competencies expected of a professional management consultant,
including marketing services, characterizing a client's
needs, applying appropriate diagnostic and evaluative
processes, implementing and evaluating solutions, and
maintaining the relationship. This is one of the core
resources to be used by consultants preparing for certification.
