IMC USA Common Body of Knowledge

The Common Body of Knowledge summarizes the consulting competencies expected of a professional management consultant, including marketing services, characterizing a client's needs, applying appropriate diagnostic and evaluative processes, implementing and evaluating solutions, and maintaining the relationship. This is one of the core resources to be used by consultants preparing for certification.
